5 Stars – Exceptional Service, Comfort & Style! My stay at the Hu Hotel was absolutely wonderful! While the hotel itself has plenty to offer, it was the exceptional customer service that truly earned my 5-star rating. Special shoutout to Eboni and Joshua, who helped make my experience so memorable. Their hospitality and attention to guests did not go unnoticed! If you're considering staying here, I highly recommend splurging a little and upgrading to the Large King Suite. It's worth it! My suite featured charming retro décor, a spacious floor plan, and a wet bar that added a nice touch of luxury. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I got some much-needed, restful sleep. In fact, I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended it an extra day! Another highlight is the rooftop bar, which offers a great happy hour throughout the week. And don't overlook the delicious, hot breakfast for just $10! It was an excellent value, however the grits need a little work. Between the outstanding staff, stylish accommodations, comfortable bed, and great amenities, the Hu Hotel exceeded my expectations. Would I stay again? Absolutely! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish stay with genuine hospitality. Thank you, Eboni, Joshua, and the entire Hu Hotel team for such a wonderful experience!

I stayed in room 313. The room needed dusting, vacuumed, and the bathroom swept and mopped. I reserved a king bed with sofa bed. My mother and I traveled from Michigan, and make it in quite late. I checked in my manager Daimem. Anyway, we make it to the room, I pulled out the sofa bed where I had to sleep, and found the mattress stained with blood (a woman's ) in several different places. I went back down to make management aware and asked for a replacement, but he said he didn't have one. So I had to cover it with several sheets. No apology or compensation at all.

So, the price was great for what we got!!! Loved the suite room 2020. Very clean! Quiet! Parking . Great location. Comfortable bed!! My only feedback would be that There’s no concierge, or check in desk, or employee on the premises. So we had to sign onto the app to see the message welcoming us with the directions (codes) to access the unmanaged by human, hotel. So don’t expect anyone there in person. That said, they answered my questions quickly through a message. I’d stay again now that I understand the rules. We got to walk Around. Lots of great restaurants to choose from within 3-5 minutes walk! Close to downtown and Beale Street.
