"Fraudulent Hotel: Forced Relocation, Sabotaged Rooms & Terrible Hygiene 1\. Extreme Noise Pollution The room faces a all-night street market with constant honking, yelling, and parties until 4 AM. Even with earplugs, sleep is impossible. 2\. Unacceptable Cleanliness Stained mirrors, hairs on bedsheets, leaking toilet, and intentionally removed faucet valve causing deafening noise when turning on water. 3\. Scam & Coercion Despite a prepaid non-refundable booking for 4 nights, on the 3rd day early morning, staffs suddenly surrounded me at breakfast demanding I move to a cheaper sister hotel—even sabotaging my room in advance to force me out. 4\. Retaliatory Service After I refused to move, the staff removed ALL towels, toilet paper, and shower supplies from my room for the rest three nights. Ihave ever encountered."
