“The hotel was clean and our stay was good. The only issue I had was that I made the reservation for a room with 2 queen beds, which it said slept 4 people. I put on the original reservation that there would be 3 adults, but another person decided to stay with us, which made 4 adults. When I checked in, the person at the desk said she would have to charge for the extra person, which turned out to be a little over $12. I was unaware that they charged per person. I thought the room charge that……

“I booked a king/non-smoking, upon check in I was told I did not book that room but rather a double/smoking room. She was adamant that I did not book the room that I had and that there were no King/nonsmoking rooms left and asked if I want to cancel the entire reservation!!! I pulled up my reservation on my phone which showed the king/nonsmoking and amazingly they had one available. She was very rude and, had I not had proof of my reservation she was going to put me in something I did not pay……
