“La atención del Hotel La Samana y de la organización de Orient Express fue exelente. Gracias a el apoyo y el interés de ellos se pudo solucionar una problema de una rervava doble causada por u n problema en el sistema de reservas de Hotels.com Tristemente la falta de interés de Hotel.com en audar fue una muy mala experiencia. Creo que estan perdiendo un cliente.”

“I landed on Monday and the one small bar / restaurant they have was closed. We had to walk about 10 mins and get grocery’s. Then the ac button wasn’t working. There’s no staff on site all evening. The pool area is small than the pics and this hotel is NOT beach front at all. We ended up leaving to stay at the Morgan for 2 days because we did not enjoy our stay. The second day before we left to the Morgan spa hotel we went to pool area, there’s was no music the bartender/ server was sitting down...
