“There is NO beach at this resort. Very disappointing. The staff were not friendly, didn't explain parking was under the hotel, didn't tell us about restaurant or any property features. Halls and building were very old looking. Room had some age, but was very spatious. Balcony was excellent and view was nice. ”

“It is not a boutique hotel. It is a run down mess, it is in a very poor state from cleanliness, beds, smell of mould from AC, to no view, and total misconceptions of what you are getting for a hotel stay.

“Staff did not care about leakage in bathroom, did not follow up on AC not working, indifferent to not having hot water. Coffee machine was not working, light fixtures switches were not working, had to unplug before leaving for the day. Room was not cleaned for three days, no fresh towels. Property, like halls and stairs were dirty and the jacuzzi was full of dust on the bottom. Not worth the $737.00 charged ”
