"Great stay. It is an eco hotel, so it’s not necessarily for the most high maintenance of people who are used to the Hilton. But the rooms were clean and comfortable, the property is beautiful, the location is great— short walk to San Juan, the food is delicious, and the staff is very friendly. Wish I could’ve stayed longer but they were booked up. "

"The setting and ambiance is unmatched. Unbelievably beautiful, super friendly people and good vibes all around. Stairs are a fun challenge. Views are unreal. Above and beyond service. Some notes- food not great and expensive. I recommend eating out as much as possible. I wish there were a Whatsapp number I could ask small questions. The economy rooms are great but should be noted that the website says they get a private patio/balcony and that is not true. It does have a beautiful window facing the lake tho. And there are plenty of common areas with amazing views. Overall, incredibly amazing experience. Stay a while and really soak it in. "

"The property is located in a remote area away from the town and the public dock. I feel safe being on the property. The property features a beautiful garden, pool, and jacuzzi with stunning views. The property offers relaxing massages for a fee and has a good restaurant and a bar. However, it costs money to shuttle out every day and when we asked the boat to drop off at the hotel dock, they charged us $22/ docking. "

"A lot of stairs to the rooms. No A/C, no screens on the doors so you have to close the doors and gets a little hot. Beautiful scenery of the lake from the rooms. Birds singing in the morning. Cafeteria is facing the lake. Beautiful "

"Beautiful property would definately come back in the warmer months. A little away from main downtown Panajachel but the Tuktuk would pick us up no problems. Yvan was supernice and helpful. Walked 25min to the thermal waters and what a nice hike and experience. His brother the Chef cooked up some Syrian cuisine that was amazing! We only wish we had another day or two to try it again. Loved, loved, loved it!"

"I loved everything about this hotel. The views were stunning. The bathroom was so beautiful. My bed was so comfortable. I usually travel to explore but I booked this hotel specifically to relax and enjoy the hotel itself. Food and drinks were good as well. You can hear everything from the nearby rooms and the dogs will wake you up at 5:30am, but just in time for sunrise. The area itself is full of backpackers and hippies, not my scene but I stayed in the hotel. A 3 min walk is a park where you can jump off into the lake. I stayed on a rainy Sunday night so I didnt experience the loud music from neighboring spots. No ac but the fan was perfect. Definitely will stay here again."
