“Personable and friendly employees; easy access to parking, clean rooms with an old-world charm ”

“They put me in a room in a high traffic location (right by the breakfast bar and service entrance, sharing a wall with the public bathrooms and was lobby adjacent). As a result I didn’t get much of what I was there for…sleep. Wouldn’t recommend. When I mentioned these issues the staff said “we get that a lot.” Nice. ”

“The hot tub was actually in working order with bubbles! It wasn't very "hot". It's out of the hotel's ability to manage parents, the number of children in the hot tub was insane! Ages 3-11. ”

“Everything was good, coffee in rooms are not very good, but the one downstairs is. ”

“Loved everything about if. The staff across the board going beyond in service and personality too. The outdoor patio and indoor common spaces totally lovely and inviting. Breakfast food a bountiful and wide selection, all excellent. Highly recommend!”

“The shower needs some rethinking. The door has to be open to set the temperature of the water and gets water all over the floor. The pressure is way too high with the head that is on it. It should have a larger head that is adjustable for softer flow. The soap dispensers are behind the water fall and should be moved to the side wall so you don’t have to reach thru the water to get soap. ”
