The Pros: Property was clean and updated, room was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable to me. The tv had a Netflix login option.
The cons: There was no hot water and we had to take cold showers. I tried the front desk and was put on hold for 10 min and they never came back on the phone. The hotel was not busy for this to be excusable. When reported the next morning the front desk lady was indifferent. The breakfast was terrible. There is so much near by I would definitely skip it. Lastly, we were on the 2nd floor and there must have been a gymnastics team in the room above us. There was jumping and stomping nonstop till past 11pm. If you’re sensitive to constant noise or want to sleep ask that you get a top floor to avoid this or not be placed under a family.
It’s really a lovely hotel and close to so much. I was hopeful for an amazing stay but I think the front desk needs to work on hospitality and they should honestly forego the breakfast at this lack of quality. Seriously, slimy oatmeal and very wet fake scrambled eggs.
