When we first arrived we verified the bed linens were soiled from the previous occupant. There is no mattress on the bed just a severely worn mattress pad. Felt the supporting board of the bed - very uncomfortable! Basic amenities were not provided - washcloths/facecloths; soap etc. Don’t book If you need a decent night sleep. “This property seems very good for short stays, its just around the railway station and close to an Aldi's. The only thing I didn't like is that they have a washer but not a dryer. Apart from that, we really liked our stay at the Grand Station!”

“We booked the apartment in August 2023 so the family could attend a music event which was local to apartment. On the day of Travel 26th April 2024 the booking was cancelled via email.. No phone call to warn us but an alternative 30+ miles away was offered in the email. Unfortunetly many other people have fallen fowl to this sort of approach due to many hotels being sold out and high prices starting to appear due to both the music event and a Wolves home football game.
