Eh.

Upon check-in I still haven’t received any information to access the room. When I called front desk they said that since it was a private unit they did not have access and there was nothing that they could do. They finally got it worked out but the front desk girl was not a pleasure. I had somewhere to be first thing in the morning and woke up with just enough time to get ready. I had no idea that it would take FIFTEEN minutes for the water to heat up. I was instructed to turn on every single sink as well as the shower and let them run the entirety of the 15 minutes. To think that every single person has to waste that much water is crazy to me. The unit is also one of the only ones that faces the inside of the complex so you are looking at a roof while other people are able to watch you completely. This place has so many amenities and pools and that is definitely a perk, but because it has so much to do it is humongous. To get from your car to your unit is a haul and a half and it is so easy to get lost. To get from the parking garage we had to take three separate elevators walk across the connector and then do a lap or two. The maintenance man who came up to fix the TV issue was the only nice employee I came across the entire time. But it is close to the beach and there is a lot to do at the resort.

DIRTY AND NOT AS ADVERTISED

The first room we were put in had huge hole in wall moldy bathroom. Second room had dirty towels in bathroom and huge puddle of water in room by balcony and smelled horrible

Not good customer service..

I’m giving this place a 2 out of 5 stars.. I called down and asked the front desk for more towels.. never got them, I called down n said our refrigerator wasn’t working ( no one came) I called down n asked for extra blankets,, didn’t come snx I also called down and asked for fresh sheets cuz my 3 year old had an accident, and the bed smelled like pee! Never got them! I was upset that we had booked a nicer room, we paid quite a lot of money for a view of the roof of the swimming area.. all the souvenirs were extremely over priced.. they wanted to charge me like 50$ for a iPhone charger cord.. and the toys were crazy expensive n we had to leave them there because we didn’t have room in our luggage.. the only good thing about this place was the amount of pools and stuff for small kids to do.. the kiddy area was very very nice.. however the water was freezing… had an ok time..
