Check-in staff were friendly but the room itself had many issues and did not look or feel clean - the towels had stray hairs, stains on the comforters and sheets, dirty windows, a leaky AC unit, broken curtains, random cords on floor, had issues logging onto WiFi and no one ever answered my phone call, only one working outlet in room, over all very run down place. Left a day early.

We always try and stay close or near a pier. This hotel was alright definitely not loud or busy but could use some updates. The metal temporary support beams were a slight bit scary. One next to the main lobby and another in the parking garage.

I thought I booked a resort stay this setting was not a resort setting it was more of a motel not even a hotel. I left a day early due to not getting proper room service when requesting towels three times could not get room service to clean the room had to make my own bed and it was very dirty and nasty when changed sheets. Wrong booking on the room guest service was not very professional or helpful they seemed to not care at all just over all a terrible stay and waste of money. Will never go back to Myrtle Beach

They overbooked our room and left us stranded. The hotel was filthy, falling apart, over crowded, and the parking garage is a death trap.Was told there were roaches in the rooms. Would never recommend this place to even my worst enemy. Run, DO NOT stay here. During the 3 hours try to figure out where we were goi g to stay, the police were called for a fight and the fire department arrived as well.

Staff was horrible the worst experience I've ever had threw a hotel first they said they was over booked even though we booked 2 months in advance then gave us a number to call to relocate us and no hotels was available after going through 4 hrs of wait on phone with them and Expedia with a two year old screaming in 110 heat after we drove 4 hrs to get there they finally said ohh we will honor your stay but not with your room you originally booked it was un safe out side gard rail on the 15th floor was so loose bathroom full of dirt and some ones under pants and staff said nothing they can do I should be glad im in a room like wow

Lady at the front desk was very nice and fast with service. The view was great only that was wrong is the ceiling in the bathroom was coming off and the floor in the room was wet the whole time we were there , which made the floor slippery and dirty. But other than that we had a great experience.

Check in took over an hour from waiting in line. We were overbooked by 3rd party and was put in a room without a balcony and was told to speak to the manager in the morning about the mishap. I walked down to the desk early and was told to come back around 10-11am. I came back at 10:50am and was told she has stepped away for an hour or so. I came back for the 3rd time and was told they couldn’t accommodate us. We were told I would pay half of the first night and be refunded for the rest of the stay. That has not happened yet. While sitting on our bed we saw a roach crawling in the room. The parking was really a hard fit for our SUV. I just hope they refund my money. I could not recommend this place to anyone. I feel bad for the workers but they can only do so much as they were all communicating with cell phones. I never saw a manager. We were just handed a receipt when asked for a written statement about the refund.

the parking deck looked sketchy looked unsafe alot of rust and broken concrete the top deck had large gaps , also was expecting a deck over looking the beach but the room just had one big window , it also said it had a gameroom in which it was shut down 2 weeks prior so was misleading, the elevator needed servicing , what I like was that the room was very very clean and comfortable ,large shower , and air conditioner worked well .staff was friendly ,but was training new people ,which took longer to check in even tho we had reservations...would not stay there again ever.

Didn't like the roaches, the gum on the bed skirt, the AC condenser drained into the room. The building was collapsing, support jacks everywhere. Night reception was very friendly, day reception short, didn't like her job.
