Great beach front property, staff was friendly and helpful, restaurant on property, breakfast daily, room was clean , had everything we needed, pool was outside, but under hotel so out of direct weather if it was bad also heated . Great ocean view from our room's balcony. The pool area was nice-- it works on a sunny day or a rainy day at the covered pool. Lots of spots in the hotel with balcony chairs and places to sit for cards or talking. Breakfast had a good selection and eating area.
