"This was a wonderful place to stay! Very clean and safe. It’s easy to walk to downtown from here where the pubs and shops are. Fraser is friendly and kind and full of suggestions for things to do and see in Inverness. The breakfasts were delicious. If you’re a dog person his dogs are super friendly and sweet. I highly recommend Ballifeary Guest House. "

"Host Colin made us feel welcome straight away and was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Guest rooms have everything you'd need for a short break, The rate included a lovely freshly cooked breakfast with plenty of choices and a homemade granola and berry compote to start with, fresh pots of coffee and toast. The House is a short 15-minute drive to a number of small towns nearby with pubs and restaurants. "

Very spacious room for us which had en-suite facilities, fridge, seating area and tea & coffee facilities too. "My stay at the Rossmount B&B couldn’t be any better. We were welcomed by the owners and runners of the hotel whom are the best and most caregiving people. The hotel is very well Located, only a 3’ drive to the center of Inverness which as a city, really surprised me for good. The breakfast is from another level, they let you choose (not being excluding) within a range of meats, eggs, sides, apart from what they serve of fruits, coffee, yogurts, cereals, etc. I had the best Haggis in Scotland...

"The property had a great view and a convenient location. The balcony was nice. It is a little loud at night when you have the windows/balcony door open, which we did because it was warm. I appreciated the milk for coffee in the fridge. The coffeeshop across the street is fantastic as well, and the river is right there. Staff were super communicative and helpful when we had a travel-related issue. Would absolutely stay again. "

"Hotel room was clean, modern, had a true king size bed, and the private bathroom shower was truly relaxing! The hotel restaurant serves fantastic food. However, the bar only served Bud draft and a Thai draft beer. I was at the VERY LEAST expecting to be served with a local Scottish beer — huge bummer! The Mercure Hotel is located in the middle town, a one minute walk to Victoria Market— huge plus!"
