“From entire experience, the only memorable things were the extremely rude/unpleasant front desk and zero amenities….no activities, no real pool/beach tiki bar. No option for breakfast. Absolutely nothing at the hotel. We walked down to Marriott for any fun, food or drinks. Such a shame that a beautiful hotel like this has become this! Where is the hotel management? Overall….Absolute ghost town!!!”
