"Just outstanding in every way, especially given that this is an older property. Proves it CAN be done if the people running the place care enough and have high enough standards. After staying in so many places recently (including Best Westerns) that just scream "we don't really care," this place was a definite breath of fresh air."

"Do not believe this hotel is "2 star"! I do not know where that rating gets tagged on them, but we totally enjoyed our stay here. What a lovely place. We stayed for the weekend for the Ohio Quilt Shop Hop to gather the Northwest corner of the state, using this hotel as home base. We couldn't be happier with our accommodations. The rooms and facilities are all very clean. The nights are quiet and peaceful. The pool and grounds are beautiful. A satisfying breakfast each day is included with this stay. Do not miss Homestead Ice Cream which is nearby. HUGE portions of delicious ice cream. Totally recommend staying here."

"We booked in late everybody was great got us in a room helped us relocate in a different room was very nice Jeff shift manager or front desk not sure of his title but if he wasn't a manager he needs to be one help my fiance get the room changed to accommodate what we needed he was very helpful very polite he done an excellent job very very happy with his service"

"The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The only downside was quite a bit of noise from the guests upstairs, which made it difficult to fully relax. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay."
