We were a group of seven with ages ranging from 30 all the way to 65. The house was great plenty of places to sleep. We were all very comfortable. The ease of walking distance to little coffee shops, and a taco restaurant. Getting an Lyft to Broadway was eight dollars very simple great neighborhood very quiet. The hosts were very very accommodating. It was a wonderful day, and we will be back again. ! Thanks so much

We enjoyed our stay at this cute house. Even though the weather did not cooperate for our trip, the house was a great place to stay. It had everything we needed. Our girls’ trip turned into a mother daughter Netflix and chill trip and we could not ask for a better place to relax and call home for a few days.

We had an amazing stay! 9 of us girls were very comfortable and has plenty of space to get ready! The house is very charming and the hardwood floors made a great dance floor for our boots! I would highly recommend booking the cute bungalow!!! It's a short $8 uber ride to downtown and just about anywhere you want to go! The local taco shack was amazing and we felt very safe in the neighborhood. Communication from t he host was on point and we were able to check in prior to the stated check in time. Again I highly recommend booking this place!!!! 5 Stars for sure!!

This house was cute and had enough room for 6 of us. The seating area was big but didn’t have a lot of seating options. We used the dining chairs in the living area. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans and utensils. Beds were comfortable.

It’s okay but would not stay here again…
The outside of the property definitely needs to be cleaned. There were cobwebs all over the porch in the backyard was covered in leaves. Our kids couldn’t really play out there. It’s very close to the highway and the train tracks. Otherwise it is a great location and cute neighborhood. It’s spacious. The carpet is pretty gross and should be replace. We had a family emergency prior to leaving and the property management company did not seem to care whatsoever. That is definitely something I will look for when booking through VRBO again. This property’s cancellation policy is nonexistent. Just beware because if your plans change or you have an emergency, they will not budge or help at all. They wouldn’t even allow us to rebook for another date. Also, my daughter got electrocuted by one of their salt lamps, the cord was exposed and she went to unplug it and got shocked pretty bad. I left a burnt on her hand. All we received was an apology and we were told it was OK for us to throw the salt lamp away. I will say that the manager does respond quickly.

Overnight Stay in a great place
Nashville was our half way point on the way home and we found this gem still had availablity the night we needed. We booked right away and were very pleased with our stay!! The place was very clean and the pictures you see are exactly what you get (adorable and clean!!). I plan on coming back to Nashville and would love to stay here again!

Great place to stay not far from downtown.
Clean and well decorated property. Lots of beds and room layouts that worked for 3 families with small children. Close to restaurants and a short Uber ride to Broadway. We had an issue with the coffee maker on the first day but the host came and replaced it quickly. We also liked having access to the utility room to grab the broom and vacuum. With little kids it was easy to clean up after meals and play or grab additional towels.

SUCH A GREAT HOUSE!!!!
We were traveling with 2 dogs and needed a place near downtown that would house 6 people. This house was perfect. Great yard for dogs and we Ubered into town- a very short distance away. We really enjoyed having restaurants within walking distance from the home. “The Pharmacy” was a definite favorite with the amazing outdoor patio and fabulous burgers. We will certainly be back next time we head to Nashville!!!!

Great East Nashville Stay!
Very spacious property, with numerous thoughtful touches for guests. The location was excellent - we loved being within a short walk/drive to so many cool restaurants and coffee shops (highly recommend Hearts), and getting downtown was incredibly fast + easy. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. While the house is close to the highway and train tracks, there’s very little noise and we/our baby had no problem sleeping thru the night. Highly recommend this property!

Great stay in Nashville! Home.was clean upon arrival. Check in/out was a breeze. We walked to get dinner 2 of the 4 nights we were there which was great! Mas Tacos food is divine. The Pharmacy had wonderful offerings, along with the Greek Street Food Spot up the street! The neighborhood was quiet with a fenced yard for our dogs. Great stay!

This property exceeded my expectations even after all the great reviews! My husband and I stayed with our 2 teenage children and 2 dogs. The home is clean and very spacious! The fenced in yard was perfect and I loved walking my dogs in the neighborhood. We will be staying again!!

Spring Break in Nashville
We loved having a house to hang out before and after our downtown adventures. We were a group of 3 families seeing Nashville for the first time. The neighborhood was quiet and only a quick Uber ride into town. We even had a tour pick us up at the house. Good amenities and the perfect place for new adventures for all ages!

Location is great! House looks way better in the pics. Sofa was pretty nasty, stained, and dusty. Master bedrooms bed was HORRIBLE for sure needs a new mattress, has a bunch of high and low points we ended up making a floor bed due to how bad the mattress was. The beds in the other rooms according to my guests were ok. All glassware needed to be washed prior to use. I would rent again BUT not at this price point. I will add that it was strange to see so many instructions regarding checking out. We had to run the washing machine with the towels, we had to strip beds, clean dishes and toss trash. We did it all of course but having rented dozens of places before, we never had to do all of that. My advice to the owners is speak to who ever cleans your place because they FOR SURE are not doing a good job. Oh and at least 3 doors do not latch shut. Master bedroom door and bathroom door do not stayed closed. All in all I say a solid 3.5 stars.
