Wonderful property

The house was cute, clean and in a great location. The owners were attentive and helpful. Will absolutely stay here again next time we come to Nashville.

Perfect weekend getaway

Nashville gem

We can’t say enough about this quaint home in a very cute neighborhood! And the Maxsons were unbelievable in making sure you have everything you could possibly ever need and then some! Thank you!!

Wonderful stay

The property owners greeted us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the place. The house was amazing! And the owners were kind and helpful! We are looking forward to coming back to Nashville and staying here!

Nashville family vacation

Max and Cindy were great hosts and were very accommodating of our group! The house was perfect for the 10 of us. We had 2 families on the trip, and the loft upstairs was perfect for all 6 kids! Very clean and updated, and decorated very nice! Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful rental in Germantown, walking distance to restaurants and grocery! Amazing hosts

We absolutely loved our stay at Chateau on Monroe - it’s the perfect location between Germantown, the Gulch, and downtown. The property is stunning and very well-maintained, and Max and Cindy are delightful hosts. They made sure we checked in smoothly, communicated all the necessary details, and even greeted us with homemade cookies and wine! You don’t want to pass up this perfect rental for your stay in Nashville.

Great Friends getaway

We had 3 couples stay at the Chateau and it was perfect with the 3 bed/bath suites! Very clean, wonderful towels, fully furnished, comfortable beds! It was an easy walk to Germantown, and we even walked downtown to Broadway, which is just under 2 miles away. Max & Cindy are gracious hosts, quick to respond & handled any need we had. Highly recommend!

Girls Trip! 50 year old ladies!

Max and Cindy were so sweet. They were wonderful to work prior to our stay and during. The house is so clean, decorated with nice touches throughout. There were 11 of us and enough space. The 3 bathrooms were perfect with the comfortable beds, towels and bedding. We had an amazing time making memories. Thank you , Max and Cindy!

This was an amazing place to stay -so comfortable, very clean and just perfect!

We loved loved loved staying at Chateau on Monroe! It was amazingly equipped with anything you could need. This home is very clean with lots of room and decorated with great style. Cindy and Max are wonderful people. They welcomed us with warm cookies and Max even gave us a hand with our heavy luggage. They gave us lots of info on the local scene/restaurants and were very helpful when we needed anything. It is a great location and I would recommend this to anyone looking to visit Nashville. I cant imagine staying anywhere else when we return!

Girls Weekend

We can't give the Chateau On Monroe anything less than 5 stars for everything! The house is gorgeous. The house was well stocked and had anything you could possibly need. Max & Cindy were the best hosts, friendly and with so many recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The house is perfectly located as well just 1.5 miles from Broadway which was a quick Uber ride for all. We had 7 women staying at the house and we all loved it with plenty of room for everyone. Our favorite was the back porch swing that Cindy made on her own- impressive. If we ever head to Nashville again, we won't hesitate to stay at the Chateau

Best Birthday Ever

Enjoyed a major birthday with my fave friend group at Chateau on Monroe. Max and Cindy were so accommodating to our check-in/check out which made our stay even more enjoyable. Location was great … walked to Germantown and once walked home from Broadway when Uber was not available in a timely manner. Also walked home from Pins Mechanical in the Gulch. Very convenient if you don’t mind the steps!! The three couples had plenty of room and enjoyed the deck on the hot evenings. We were never want for anything. Recommend the home and the hosts. Fabulous weekend!!

"Girls" Trip 2024

Our group of 8 women had a wonderful stay! I've stayed in numerous vacation rentals and I can attest that Max and Cindy are two of the most gracious and accommodating hosts I've experienced. The home is VERY well appointed and if there is anything you need, Max and Cindy will get it for you. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. I would definitely consider who will access the loft room. I wasn't very mindful about our age and the need to use the bathroom during the night, as well as those who have had hip and knee surgeries. HA HA! It was very easy to get ubers/lyfts to everywhere we wanted to explore. The grocery store a couple blocks away was also very convenient. Put this home on the top of your list - you won't regret it!

AFTER CHRISTMAS 2022

Needed a central location for a family gathering between Missouri and SC. Nashville was perfect. My son's family of 5 (three grand sons 18, 16, 14) and daughter's family of 4 (two grand sons 20 and 18) we were very comfortable in the Chateau on Monroe. The boys slept in the loft. All parents had a bedroom and bathroom. We used Uber several times and they were never more than 5 minutes away. We through Axes and had dinner at Bad Axe. We ice skated, snow tubed, bummer cars and attended ice sculptures at Gaylord Opryland. Walked the strip listening to great musicians and visited shops It was so nice to come back to the Chateau for family time and games. Very comfortable beds. Great location. We hope to visit again.

This home is a must if you are staying in Nashville!

Wow! This home has it all plus more! My family of 5 had a wonderful stay celebrating my daughters 21st birthday in Nashville! We had room to spread out and relax, enjoy the deck and more! We were welcomed with a warm greeting and all that we needed to get us started on a stress free weekend with some very nice surprises! Cindy and Max were incredible and very helpful when we needed suggestions and help while on the road. They were so genuine and kind to each of us! I loved getting to know them, and my youngest did too and Rudy was a blast! My only regret was we couldn’t stay longer and I didn’t take advantage of a relaxing bath in the beautiful master suite! Germantown was really neat and Monell’s was quite an experience and just a short walk away! We stopped by Kroger’s on the way back for some birthday goodies too, it was so close by! We took a very economical lyft ride to and from Broadway which I would highly recommend! I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat if the opportunity arose! This was more than I could have imagined! Thank you Cindy and Max for opening your home to our family!!

The Chateau was the perfect place for our family reunion and celebration. Cindy and Max were fantastic hosts and communicated with me several times before our stay. They are truly amazing! Everything about the chateau was amazing. It had everything we needed and then some! The location was convenient to the downtown area and the surrounding areas. We all had a great stay and look forward to staying here again in the near future! If you have the opportunity to stay here you will not be disappointed!!

Graduation from Nursing school

We all arrived from four separate states to celebrate Addison‘s nursing graduation and had the time of our lives. Your house was wonderful and the city is just bursting with energy. Thank you for your wonderful flexibility in letting us get in early and for a house that made us feel like we were home. There was literally nothing we would change.

Home away from home in Nashville

This is a fantastic Vrbo! The hosts have gone over and above to make sure you have everything you need to be comfortable. They have decorated it to be fun and festive with lots of special touches. The owners live downstairs and that ended up being an asset! They were able to answer questions and help us out with anything we might need. They were so kind. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Spring Break 2025

We had a fantastic time staying at Chateau Monroe. Max and Cindy are awesome hosts and made our stay comfortable and memorable. They went out of their way to ensure our vacation was perfect and treated us like family. Any questions or requests were taken care of quickly and the property was perfect. The Perfect Venue for a Family Get-together

Four family from all over the world converged on Nashville for the Southern experience. After extensive searching, we booked Chateau On Monroe because it looked both well equipped and homely. It did disappoint us! Firstly, the hosts were amazing and anticipated all our questions. They welcomed a family member a little earlier the. Anticipated, fo which we are extremely grateful. The house itself is large, very clean and well equipped. The bedroom are comfortable and the bathrooms were huge! Whilst this property isn’t right on Lower Broadway, it’s far enough away for peace and quiet; whilst close enough to take a brisk walk, or a very short Uber. Personally, we thought the location was ideal. I can’t recommend Chateau On Monroe enough and thank you so much for hosting us xx

Great house - EXCELLENT HOSTS! - Super Clean

These hosts simply could not be nicer, the most accommodating we have ever had at any rental property. The house is decorated very nicely, everything is in working condition and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms are updated. The home is so CLEAN, which is very important to us, there was not one bad thing I could say. Walking distance to some things, but easy enough to grab an Uber anywhere within a few minutes. Would absolutely stay again! Thank you Max & Cindy!
