Condo on edge of Downtown, close to The Gulch, Broadway, Midtown, Music Row, hospitals, Vanderbilt U, Marathon Village, The Parthenon, and more! We have multiple units so can accommodate larger groups in adjacent units (Ask us). Experience Nashville and all its bars, honky tonks, and great restaurants. The entire condo is updated with new floors, fixtures, appliances, granite countertops, and stainless steel sink.

Convenient to Downtown, Midtown, The Gulch, Music Row, hospitals, Vanderbilt - Short Uber/Lyft ride to anywhere! Can walk if you're industrious.

Free private parking is available on-site. We have 4 nearly identical units in the same building. We have furnished and decorated them nearly identical, so the photos you see may actually pertain to another unit but are representative of each unit (this is a second-floor unit).

Loved the property nothing negative to say except pull out couch needs to be replaced. It’s like sleeping on springs I could not sleep on it. It needs a mattress topper to make it comfortable of some dirt. Other than that the unit was clean, quiet, and stocked which was nice. Great area close to downtown with a short Uber ride.

Great Location
Great property. We loved having access to a parking spot. Location was perfect for us not too far from downtown and easy to jump in car and explore further afield. Owners were easy to communicate with and we loved all their places to eat and see recommendations which we made good use of. Would definitely stay again if back in Nashville

The apt was great. Accurate listing. Very clean. And well stocked kitchen. The only issue was not on property but across the street. Trash cans from neighboring complex were in the road making entering and exiting a bit difficult. And trash was all in the road. I would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Exactly what we needed!
We stayed at The Colby during a very active quick trip to Nashville. It was close to everything we wanted to do but outside the hustle and bustle. The apartment was clean and so kindly stocked with snacks, coffee, and extra toiletries. Literally the only downside was that the small street next to the apartment was overflowing with bags and bags of uncollected garbage for our stay. This has nothing to do with the owners so if this is the case again please know it is not a reflection of the property! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Spot!
Great location for us. Very clean. Too far to walk to Broadway for us as we had a baby with us but it was only a 5 min drive to get downtown. It was a great home base. We enjoyed our time there. I would say that 4 adults would be the maximum to be comfortable. The hosts contacted me to let me know that we could get in early.

Perfect!
Location off the beating path but a short/cheap Uber ride to Broadway. Uber’s were convenient and all over, never had to wait long. Easy to have groceries delivered. Plenty of extras-coffee, toiletries, washer/dryer, umbrella, etc. Would definitely recommend to friends/family and would for sure stay again. Communication with Hosts was excellent. Thank you!

Excellent place to stay close to everything.
The property was just as described. It was clean and in a great location! We were 1.4 miles from Broadway and an Uber ride was only $8 for 4 of us so at $2 each, you know what we chose! Recommend the Grand Ol Opry tour and Country Music Hall of Fame. Roberts and Laylas on Broadway are true old-time honky tonks!

We were looking for an affordable place to stay while in Nashville. We were amazed of all the little attentions Susan and Ron put into this place! It was quiet and beds were super comfortable! We walked to the Museums and to Broadway street ( it’s a good 40min walk but Uber around 7$). I recommend this place 100%

Out of the fray but close to the action
This was just about the perfect rental for our stay in Nashville. The unit had everything we needed, including good coffee and sweetener! The beds were very comfortable with nice bedding. Everything worked. Parking on site. And so close to downtown. We chose wisely and I'm glad! Thank you, Susan and Ron, for sharing your Colby apt. with us. We had a great time in Nashville.

Weekend getaway
We had a wonderful time in Nashville! Property was great with onsite parking and everything you would need there ready for you! An Uber ride away from anywhere you want to go and outside the hustle bustle enough to get a good nights rest.
