Amazing stay
The apartment was perfect for our one night overnight. Great location - walking to bars and restaurants. Jason was very communicative before check in which made for a smooth process. The apartment itself was just as pictured and perfect for what we needed. Very comfy and cosy. Would definitely recommend this stay for a night in East Nashville!

Fantastic Stay!
Beautiful, private carriage house apartment in terrific, walkable neighborhood yet an easy drive/Lyft to downtown. Every amenity you could wish for and then some. Very easy and very prompt communication with the owner. Can’t recommend this place highly enough!

Jason’s carriage house lived up to its expectations. His getaway was clean, cozy and beautifully decorated. The privacy and quiet neighbourhood was greatly appreciated…providing a quiet a restful sleep after late nights on Broadway. Jason was extremely kind and friendly. He was extremely accommodating and easy to reach for any questions we may have had. He helped make our first stay in Nashville a fun and memorable one. Thanks!

Jason's carriage house is perfect for a couple looking to explore all nashville has to offer. Walking distance to great restaurants, extremely quick uber to Broadway. Loved the place. We come to Nashville about once a year and I will look at availability on this property first before anything else moving forward!

Close to downtown. Very clean and updated. Comfortable bed. Large shower big enough for two. Nice towels. Good restaurants in walking distance, we tried one of the owner’s recommendations and it was great. We would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Jason was great with communication. This was our first VRBO stay and he explained everything very well and provided excellent directions. The property is in a very nice area. It was extremely clean. The amenities were a nice touch and well thought out. We will definitely stay in the Carriage House the next time we go to Nashville!!

Little gem!
Walked in to soft, welcoming music and hint of essential oil in the air. The space was cozy, comfortable, and relaxing. Fresh white linens on the bed. The only little challenge was finding a place to hang towels and set toiletries in the bathroom. Easy drive to local restaurants and Broadway.

Nice Location on the East Side of Nashville
Very quiet carriage house. It was nicely equipped. communication with the property owner was excellent he even checked back to ensure everything was good and we had everything we needed. The location is just a short drive to everything downtown. Very interesting furnishings (including a record player) I would recommend this location for a romantic weekend in Nashville.

Loved this place! Would definitely rent again. Jason was so detailed and we had zero issues with finding the place and we enjoyed that it was our own space. The space was so clean and well kept.
