This room is the "Recording Studio" Up the first flight of stairs brings you into the modern, posh living space, including; kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stone counter tops, island with bar stool seating, comfy lounge/living area (with a queen sleeper sofa), large dining table, and balcony. The open space allows a great view of Music City from any vantage point. Also on this level is the "Folsom Prison" Room; slumber in any of the 4 "prison bunks" in this room, which also has its own en suite full bath. Don't forget to take your mug shot! The next level up boasts 2 more bedrooms, the "Mother Church" of Country Music Primary Suite has a king bed, and en suite 4 piece full bath. The 4th Bedroom "NashVegas" also has a king bed and en suite full bath!!! One more level up is the insane roof deck! Enjoy sweeping views, outdoor kitchen, gas grill and tons of seating around a gas fire pit!

Nice spot!
Great choice, served our needs well. There are some basic items though that we typically expect to find at rental places, lacking here: -Kitchen drying rack -Oven mitts (!) -Broom -Soap dish/rack in showers (!) -Hooks/bar to hang your towel (!) -Games/cards -Would be nice to have some teas, along with the coffee provided (thank you). Otherwise great, just be ready for lots of stairs.

A lot of potential and a good location.
We liked the look and Nashville decor along with the location of the house. The property management company was easy to call and get ahold of someone when we reached out during our stay. We did have a few disappointments after we arrived and for what we paid, we would have expected a little more TLC of the property. It lacked storage and hooks in the bedrooms and bathrooms. There needs to be over the door hooks in bathrooms to hang towels. Needs more shelving & hooks for storage. There were quite a few lightbulbs out and a broken light fixture. We had to empty the dishwasher when we arrived and there were dirty dishes (lipstick stained) in the cupboards. The front door lock did not work so we had to walk around to the back and go through the garage door, which wouldn’t have been a big deal but we had to walk up the block to get around to the back. The outdoor fireplace igniter did not work. There was no button and the cushions were dirty.

Everything was perfect for a friend’s trip….birthday celebration!!! The house was so comfortable, everything you need and decorated so Nashville chill!!! The management company was very helpful and accommodating. The location is perfect…close enough to the action but far enough away to enjoy some quiet time. Highly recommend!!! We would most definitely stay here again!!!

Great long weekend stay
This place was perfect for the group of couples that we stayed with. Lots of stairs, so be ready to climb but the view from the rooftop patio is worth it. We loved the couch and gas fireplace on the patio and were up there every night. The rooms were perfect and beds were comfortable, even the twins in the bunk room. Location was perfect and we walked to restaurants easily but also a cheap Uber ride.

Girls Trip-The New Nashview
We had a great visit to Nashville! The house was perfect for our group. We were there for our every 5 year big friends’ vacation. We had plenty of room, all the items we needed to cook when we did so in the house. I would definitely recommend staying here. One thing we liked about the location was we had some space between the crazy downtown and us, but it was a just quick uber away. The house was very clean. We unfortunately had some cold wet weather so we didn’t get to enjoy the rooftop patio very much, but it was a beautiful space with a great view!

The pictures in the listing don’t do the view justice, as the view in person was even more stunning.Our family enjoyed each night on the rooftop area looking at the beautiful city skyline view. We had 11 people and this property accommodated us perfectly. The drive to downtown was only 2 minutes which made getting to events and restaurants a breeze. Our family will definitely be booking another stay at this property, very impressed!!!!!!!!

We thought the property was very nice we loved all of the decorations the rooms were very nicely done , nice beds and linens ... our only complaint was that rooftop deck was extremely dusty it hadn't been dusted up there for a long time the furniture was dirty the fire pit was dusty and we didn't utilize the table and chairs but if we did we would have had to clean all of that and the stove area.. Also there were rooftop lights around the railings but those we couldn't get to work either I would definitely recommend this place to others..lots within walking distance

Excellent Location. Nice property.
The townhouse is a relatively new property. Very well kept, and clean. Really nice rooftop deck to relax and enjoy the view. Comfortable beds and well appointed bathrooms. Minutes to downtown and surrounding areas by car. Nice selection of restaurants within walking distance too. Overall a great choice while staying in Nashville.

Perfect for Girls Getaway
Slept 8 of us comfortably. Roof top patio was too warm with the sun out, but beautiful for sunset once it cooled down a bit. Location was great - not a far walk from restaurants. Short Uber ride to Broadway or walkable if you're up for it. House was equipt with everything we needed for our stay.

Great spot for a bachelorette party!
Stayed here with a group of girls for a bachelorette party, it was a great spot! The roof deck, complete with amazing city views and a great setup for hanging out, was a hit- we spent lots of time up there. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone and the rooms were spacious. Very clean, and check-in process was easy: property manager was great to work with. Location was great for Ubering downtown and checking out the surrounding areas. Would definitely stay again!

New Nashview was as described and pictured. It worked perfectly for our group. The rooftop seating was a favorite place hang out. Kitchen was a little lacking when it came to "oven" essentials. No cookie sheet or even a larger round pan if you need one to bake a pizza. Everything that could be used in the oven was small in size. Not listed, but is available, is a Keurig. It would have been nice to know bringing our pods was an option. There is a regular coffee make too.

We did have an issue when arriving, which was late at night, but Paul was fantastic on communicating with us and making the situation right. He followed up the next day to ensure all was good. Property is in a great location, we had a great time.
