• 2 car garage for two standard-size vehicles. Additional parking is available in paid parking spaces during the day. HOWEVER - Overnight parking (12 am-5 am) outside the garage will result in booting and fines.

Convenient and clean place to stay
The condo was a great location for us. Good room setup for family with two kids. Check in was the only minor issue we had as the door lock/code was a little finicky, but we made do just fine and management was very helpful.

Great location in East Nashville, so close to Downtown.
We had a wonderful time staying at this property. There are wonderful welcome touches and the communication with the rental agents was fantastic. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and the unit has everything you need to have a meal in the unit. The location is so close to everything and there are several coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would say my only complaint was that the 3rd floor shower did have quite a bit of mold growing in it. Other than that I would absolutely recommend this property.

Comfortable Nashville spot
In Nashville for several days- parked our vehicle in the basement level garage which was great. We chose to Uber everywhere and not worry about downtown parking. The townhouse is comfortablely furnished and equipped. Lots of stairs, so if mobility is an issue, this likely would not be a good fit. As for cleanliness of the place: generally very clean. The walls were quite marked up (likely from suitcases) and some dirty hands. Shower floor tiles could use a good cleaning. Check in process was a breeze and communication with the rental agency was very good. We’d recommend this 3bdroom townhouse

Nice townhouse
Worked well for the six of us. Appreciated the extra amenities like soap, shampoo, plenty of toilet paper and paper towels! One of the bedrooms is ground level with the closest bathroom up a flight of steps.

Good overall.
Bathroom door in upstairs bedroom to the right would not stay closed. There is also a drainage problem with the sink in the same bathroom. The bed closest to the door in the same bedroom squeak. Aside from these issues with this bedroom everything was fine.

It was nice!
It is a tri-level townhouse. 2 bedrooms on the top floor. One off the garage. Make sure to pack light. Carrying the bags to the top floor was interesting. We enjoyed our stay regardless. It was quiet and made for a good home base.

Girls getaway!
