We were on the ground floor and had a spider, a cricket and some other bug on the floor. Bed was comfortable and room was clean but not as nice in person as it looked online. We were attending a conference and were only there to sleep and shower. I wouldn't want to hang around there

convient location, indoor/outdoor pool was nice, our bathroom was in the middle of some minor damage/renovations. Front desk staff were friendly. Restaurant seemed understaffed was unable to get breakfast went off site.

This is such a cute and whimsical hotel! The decor was fabulous! I loved the little details, sconces, pictures on the wall, wall paper, carpet, key cards. The lobby was warm and inviting with a coffee/cafe. The rooftop bar was cool, albeit the drinks expensive. The room was good sized, great water pressure, comfy bed - super nice pillows. The location was great. I would definitely recommend.

Check in was quick. Room was clean. Easy on/off highway. Plenty of parking. Continental breakfast 7-9am included cereal (raisin bran, Cheerios, flavoured instant oatmeal packs), bread, bagels, make-your-own waffles. Coffee is available 24/7 at Reception. Breakfast area is small but well maintained. It is an older property, and that is reflected in the price. Our 1st floor room had a bathroom with a tile floor, towels were clean and 100% cotton, room had nice bed; bedsheets were good, blanket ok, 2 chairs (desk chair and lounging chair). Mini-fridge and microwave in room but no coffee maker. Quick drive to downtown Charlotte with good selection of restaurants.
