“I've been staying in Palmas del Mar for four consecutive vacations.For my grandchildren's graduations and family vacations. We've always had very good experiences.But this time was the first time I booked with Vrbo, and the experience has been fabulous.Everything was clean and tidy, with tons of comfort.Internet, movies, all the appliances, including a washer and dryer, and a very high-quality kitchen.The maintenance of the property inside and out is excellent. One of the air conditioners in one……

“Having to walk up the stairs in the dark wasn’t fun and with the lights not working around the bedroom not ideal either ”

“Unfortunately there was no hot water I called the person in charge and no answer. ”

“We arrived very late at night and it didn’t feel like a safe area. The security guard was very helpful and friendly. When we got to the lobby, we were disappointed at how dirty and unkept it was. The condo is outdated. The dining table was full of small insects, the counter was dirty. The dryer was missing the handle and the door was filthy. The refrigerator door was dirty. There were covers on the sofas that were also dirty. Unfortunately, I stayed my first night because we arrived late……

“House was clean and very nice. The only concern was the neighbors dog waking us up several times at night and the white box in the bedroom by the A/C makes a very loud noise for aprox 30 seconds every so often.”

“What a hidden gem in the hills! We didn’t get to enjoy the property as much as we’d have liked to, but the pool and the apartment were really nice. Nothing fancy but a great experience nonetheless. It can be a little confusing to find and the directions thru the booking are not accurate at all. You’re better off asking Tomas to drop a pin at his location and following that instead of any other directions. Trust me on this one. Also, you are basically in the jungle! The night creatures are VERY……

“The hot tub didn't heat at all, but the rest of the place was great. The second floor patio had a gorgeous view of the mountain stream and jungle. There are a few houses nearby, but you mostly see jungle. The night jungle sounds were penetrating and delicious. Don't expect quiet, but you will love the sounds of the coqui and other jungle critters.”
