“早餐服務非常棒 但飯店整體清潔可以再加強,露臺的桌椅很髒,真的不適合用餐.但是風景非常完美 還有浴室也請改善,有點簡陋,不對應飯店的品質 服務人員Alex很友善,能協助搬運行李”

“地點好，距離巴士站和費拉市中心幾分鐘步程，去那都方便，房間門一打開就是泳池，小孩非常喜歡，早餐不錯，還會有老奶奶每天不同隱藏菜款，有機會再來還是會選擇這家。”

“酒店對着海景，泳池可以一邊游水一邊看海景，酒店接待非常helpful，有職員幫忙搬行李。附近有很多餐廳選擇，亦可步行到Fira 大約10-15分鐘。”

“Great location, spacious room and delicious breakfast. We booked the honeymoon suite which had a fantastic view of the caldera from the balcony. Staff members were awesome. Sophia, Anil and Oia were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The only problem we had was with the hot tub. It didn’t work. However Sophia was kind enough to allow us use the hot tub of one of the other rooms which was unoccupied. Overall great experience.”

“L'hôtel est très bien situé, près du Main Square. Le personnel était très gentil. Le déjeuner était délicieux. Je recommande à 100%.”

“Hotel is close to bus station which was super convenient for us. Hotel is on its own and feels just a short walk outside of town but still close enough. Some aspects of hotel were great and others felt old. The staff was great and helpful in giving recomendations. Borrowed an umbrella from reception which was nice. Familly run hotel it appears. Given 1 water bottle upon check in and that’s it otherwise have to purchase more from reception, was not provided one each day and can’t drink the water……

“Le petit déjeuner était correcte, mais les produits n'étaient pas très bon. Manque d' intimité dans la chambre, tout est à vu, très froid la 1ère nuit, couverture beaucoup trop fine, manque de coussins, couvertures à disposition ( on peut demander à la réception sans soucis), personnel très gentil, très accueillant, spa très froid et jacuzzi sans bulles qui ne sert pas, très bon massage.”
