" The grounds offered a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. I loved gazing out over the Strait of Juan de Fuca, watching container ships glide past alongside sea lions, eagles, and a variety of other birds I couldn’t even name. The cabin was spotless and equipped with everything I needed. Hosts were immediate responsive yet not bothering. Loved the deck and spent hours watching the waves roll in and out. "You couldn't ask for a more beautiful setting. It's a short scramble to get down to the beach (hiking poles came in handy.) The cottage is well-appointed with fabulous 50's decor, including a giant stuffed salmon named Charlie. Loved the kitchen range. We enjoyed the Makah Museum at nearby Neah Bay, hiked to Ozette, and dined at Sekiu's 'Cafe by the Bay.' We'll be back!"
