“The facility had no hot water and limited air conditioning. The TV reception was very unreliable. It was filthy, moldy and musty and no one really seemed to care. All supplies were limited and a very limited breakfast was also poorly handled. Obviously no city or state inspector has visited during this current lease period. Talked to the Manager apon leaving and was told the facility was currently being leased prior to a purchase agreement. Supposedly negotiating corrections and repairs to the……

“The staff that checked us in was very friendly, however, that was the best part of our stay. Our room was just not clean. I am pretty sure that our sheets had been slept in previous to our arrival. Unfortunately, I did not notice the stains until after we had slept in them. I am hoping it was just chocolate. I also found a used towel behind the curtains. There was throw-up outside the door. There are definitely better places to stay.”
