"For some reason there ran out of soap, towels and the older man who was at the desk at night wanted to be ok with that, he said there’s nothing he can do and ask if I wanted a shampoo!!! Another thing is why require a $100 deposit for a 1 day stay that’s crazy to me. The hotel is very nice in terms of location, cleanliness, and all that but the management is failing."
