You just have to be as transparent as possible and your stay will run smoothly. Neighborhood is a little on the run down side but no one bothered us and I felt safe during the entirety of ny stay. "The place is beautiful! It's clean the air conditioner keeps it cool! The neighborhood is quiet. The televisions all work. Restrooms were convenient throughout the house! I enjoyed my stay"

"Stay went well. In town for YCS Houston, location was great for restaurants in the area and the sleeping arrangements were perfect for what we needed."

"Great communication. Clean home. Upon entering, two large and overflowing trash cans were blocking the entrance. Moved them to the side so we could pass. The morning of our check out, a critter had gotten to the trash cans and my sons and myself had to pick up the bulky items. Check out was at 10am and as we were loading, this man was trimming the grass on the property shooting the pebbles and grass towards our vehicles. I asked him if he could wait a bit for us to leave before we continued....
