“The hotel was well worn. We booked here because of location to Ishpeming and for that I would give it 5 stars. The breakfast was nice. We picked this hotel because of the pool. We were very disappointed because the pool and hot tub were closed upon our arrival. We were told it was being serviced. On the third day the pool was still closed but the hot tub was operating. Having three children under 9 it was very disappointing. We were never offered the use of the outdoor pool on the owners other……

“The staff was nice and tried to be helpful. However, I made mistake on our booking and tried to fix it right away literally within 15 minutes after booking instead expedia and IHG pointed the finger at each other and neither were exactly helpful smh. Honestly I felt like they both gave the run around…. Beyond Ridiculous. I work in IT I know there something that can be done clearly. Lov into your system and fix it kindly. The room was clean the bed was comfy but the Keurig (I’m an avid coffee……

“This hotel was convenient to get to right off the highway and just a few minutes from the hospital, shopping, the downtown area and the lake. The room was very clean and basic which was all we needed. The outside maintenance left a lot to be desired. The room door lock was pretty shaky, the stairs were in need of new stain and the concrete was crumbling . There was not an elevator which was fine with us, but some people look for that. The breakfast was so-so. The front desk gals were……
