Do not stay at this hotel. When i got to the hotel blood was on the sheet and the sheet was not clean. I was greated by the security and he also check and saw the blood. I book tonights and didnt stay but the hotel refused to refund my two nights. DO NOT STAY HERE BETTER PLACE IN NEGRIL TO STAY.

Staff was very friendly & helpful. Room was very clean & comfortable. Would have appreciated more food & beverage choices. Water issue may not be their fault .

Relaxing stay at XYE cottages

Great experience! Right on the beach. The walls are a bit thin and we could hear our neighbors clearly, but besides that everything was great and for a good price! They have a bar to get drinks from and cabanas on the beach to relax on the amazing 7 mile beach. They also have a lifeguard on site, Chris, who was amazing! He gave us great recommendations and honestly became a friend during our stay. Definitely would be back!

Chill spot, nothing extravagant, yet comfortable. Excellent service from the employees I met during my stay. I had an issue with confirming - received a confirmation # - my stay via Expedia and thereafter getting it cancelled because someone walked in booked a room. The management at XYE made arrangements and eventually secured me a room. Please and thanks!

First the staff especially the one works in office excellent he was very helpful the place was clean but very disappointed what I saw online it’s totally different the room bathroom needs work on roach in room but the next day they got rid of them was a bit scary at first but the guys were outside makes me feels a bit comfortable

Unfortunately, the owner bought this as a third option. He spends no money here. It is a rundown neglected piece of property. My friends go there and it's on the beach this year we did have showers last year we had no water and there were no showers. He doesn't care ceiling, fans don't work, he doesn't care. I don't know we could flush toilets this year without using buckets of water. Expedia verifies nothing more. They show pictures that are 15 years old when it was a really nice place, and that's what you think you're going to it shows awesome pictures of a bar in restaurant that have been closed for 5 years Expedia totally drop the ball i should sue for my money back the ultimate Dumpbacktyearsifthougever be back

Disappointed

Bed linen was awful. Room lacked basic amenities for example an iron and board should be in the room, coffee maker, and water should also be in the room

Nice location on Seven Mile Beach

The bed was too small, the cottages are not really private because you can hear the poeple next door. That took away some of the romance. I loved how everything was within walking distance such as the bank, the supermarket, and local food places like Sweet Spot and Best in the West. You can walk to Margaritaville because it’s really close. The beach wasn’t cleaned up yet after the cold front, even though Shanika told us over the phone before we went that it was, but it looked like a nice stretch of beach. I will check out the beach the next time I go for a walk on the beach from Margaritaville. Overall it was ok.

The unsanitary no water situation is ridiculous. The first 3 days, no water for a shower. You could not flush the toilets. I had to demand them bring gallon jugs of dirty water. So we can flush the toilet. I got 3 showers. In 10 days I dn't know what's going on in Negril ll but it's getting ridiculous. No clean towels no clean sheets and nobody has an answer don't think you or Jamaica cares i could never take a guest there a beautiful section of beach totally neglected
