“Overall the property was mediocre. When we got to the airport we called for transportation, as planned before hand, and there was no response, so we had to rent a driver from the airport. When we got there there was no welcome and the orientation wasn't well coordinated. "El hotel es muy lindo y lo están renovando así que las habitaciones quedarán aún mejor. Jardines espectaculares, la playa es inmejorable y los bares de la playa son muy cool. Hay algunos empleados que son muy amables pero hay otros que son increíblemente groseros, lo regañan a uno por preguntar o por cosas sin sentido, es como si no estuvieran a gusto con su trabajo. Ejemplo de esto fue una camarera del restaurante Feathers que nos regañó por decirle por segunda vez que queríamos ordenar la comida, después de 15 minutos de habérselo pedido la primera vez. Y así nos pasó con algunos, pero aclaró que hubo otros como Zannika, que son un amor! Las habitaciones son muy buenas, por lo menos la nuestra que era una Atrium Suite estaba espectacular. Muy cerca de la playa, rodeada de unos jardines hermosos. La única queja que tengo es sobre el colchón y las almohadas. El colchón es extremadamente blando, entonces uno queda muy doblado y las almohadas son muy altas, con lo cual es peor. Pedimos un cambio de almohada que nunca llegó, pero tampoco insistimos. Bueno y la comida aunque está bien, me parece que podría mejorar un poco, sobre todo en la oferta de platos diferentes. Aparte de eso no tengo sino cosas buenas para decir, las actividades del catamarán y el snorkel son fantásticas y el buceo también. Volvería feliz!"
