Lake 'N Pines Motel

"Very clean room. Staff was friendly. We couldn't use the outdoor pool due to weather and can't comment on the indoor pool as we didn't have a chance to use it. Only complaint is the wifi is not secure. If you have Verizon, you will not get a signal. We would definitely stay again. View is gorgeous!"

"We enjoyed our stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and orderly all the appliances like the coffee pot and toaster, microwave, and refrigerator were spotless. The cleaning crew obviously puts pride into their job. The lake is gorgeous and just a short walk from our room."

"Great location right next to the water, offering a great view on the canal side. Tons of character being a converted mill. The continental breakfast could offer more options, but it wasn't bad. The room was cool, strong water pressure in the shower, quiet heating/cooling equipment, quiet surroundings, comfy bed. Nice place."

"I loved my room at this motel. I was able to park close to my door. The room was large, comfortable, very clean, and smelled fresh. I enjoyed the lake view. It is about a 10 minute drive to Cooperstown. And a 3 minute drive to an excellent brunch restaurant called Local Affairs. Although I did not utilize it, the arcade room was very cool. For budget travelers, this motel is exceptional."

"We were so impressed by Paul and his kindness and his skills. His breakfasts were beyond delicious and left us full for the better part of the day. The house is gorgeous and the history makes it that more amazing. I know as Paul gets more and more of the renovations done the house will simply be awe inspiring. We couldn't have had a better “first” Bed and Breakfast experience. We recommend this place 100%."
