“Good and clean”

“When I booked through Expedia I chose a listed room with 2 queen beds, and a sofa sleeper. When I arrived at the hotel the room only had 2 queen beds, no sofa sleeper, no sofa at all. I asked the clerk about this and was told they removed the sofa sleepers when the hotel was remodeled. Evidently Expedia data is not kept up to date. This will be the last time I book through Expedia. Very displeased with the result which meant we were stuck with a room with inadequate sleeping and two men had to……

“We had our AC not working for 2 days and no TV for days. We were asked to move to another room with more pathetic AC. We came back to earlier room. The breakfast was not refilled after 8:15. They are not stocked properly and same with coffee too.”

“It's a pretty good hotel, if you're worried about cleanliness, then it's not a problem. However, the TV was completely messed up; it wasn't connected to wifi, and didn't let me connect to wifi. Netflix, youtube, etc. didn't work. The channels did not match the guide, and there were very few, etc. I spent at least an hour trying to figure out how to use it with no prevail. I called front desk, and although they're nice, didn't fix the problem at all. Breakfast is pretty mid. Room service also……
