“Property was nice but I got there during an outside remodel which made you having to enter through the side doors. The guest laundry facilities need a refresh (looked dirty). Also, my stay was for 8 days and cleaning staff only cleaned the room two days of the stay. I had hung the do not disturb sign out the first two days and cleaning crew recorded it as all week. When reported, they were supposed to do a full clean but only emptied garbage and changed towels. Parking was good. Breakfast was……

“Everything was fine it was clean nice. The only thing I didn't like was they recently replaced the toilets and they put in like juvenile size toilets these are the smallest toilets I've ever sat on. The normal size adult will have trouble positioning themselves on top of this toilet it's way too small it's like two times smaller than a regular size toilet get new toilets and you'll get 100% score”

“If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. What a nightmare!!! Made this reservation to come to Kennedywood not knowing the next day we would be in the red zone of an air quality alert. Called Friday to try to cancel our reservation and get a refund, the lady at the front said no problem let me try to cancel it for you. Proceeded to tell us she was as able to cancel it and give us our refund and we should receive an email of confirmation. Get off the phone. Get an email just saying it was……

“Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I was their for a funeral they let us all hang out in the lobby and catch up after the service. The only draw back was the workout room was pretty stuffy and out of water but outside of that it was a fantastic stay during a difficult time.”

“WARNING: the Expedia photos for this property are not accurate! There is no pool, and I was told by the front desk staff that there hasn’t been in three years. The lobby space looks nothing like the photos and there’s a photo of an exterior with a different hotel name on it (?!). Expedia blamed the hotel for the inaccurate photos and the hotel said that it’s Expedia’s fault. Expedia customer service was rude, not helpful, and did not follow up with me as promised. As for the actual property-……
