"Room clean, modern, airy, same as bathroom. Breakfast very good with hot/cold items. Parking great. Great location too. Staff was wonderful and very helpful with questions I had."

"Checking in was a smooth process. It was definitely affordable. I kept my shoes on the whole time while in the room, the rug needed to be cleaned or replaced. The bed and towels were nicely kept. "

"The property overall is well-maintained. Great location. The amenities were great (could use more laundry machines). 24/7 snack bar to our purchase snacks, drinks, extras was great. Breakfast is available for an additional cost. The hot tub was unfortunately unavailable (under construction). The room could’ve been a bit cleaner; there was also a lot of female hair on the carpet and the sink would back up. We did have one issue with a neighboring guest who was smoking marijuana in the room but it was addressed and taken care of very quickly and professionally. The staff was great! 3 out of 5, premium price, only had a mini fridge for a week+ stay, expected a bit more."

"We needed a quick place to crash while in town, and the motel fit the bill. It seems like they had a recent renovation, and we appreciated the cleanliness. Rooms are not carpeted, so bring a pair of slippers or warm socks. We could also see light all the way around the door - glad we weren’t there in the winter, but it could use a bit of weatherstripping "

"Asked for adjoining rooms over a month ahead. Did NOT get. Heater/AC was very noisy, rattle sound all night. Girl who checked us in assigned a room with coded keys to an occupied room. Very upsetting. "

"I traveled to Vernon for a wedding and opted to pay a little extra money for Mountain Creek rather than staying at the cheaper option that was given through the wedding accommodations. I was really looking forward to a nice sleep, sipping coffee and relaxing the morning after the day. Upon getting to Mountain Creek, the code that was texted to me for entrance to my room was wrong. When I went to the shop (there is no check in desk), I was rudely told that I could have just texted the number back rather than coming down (nowhere in the text did it say to text back for questions). It was very apparent that the staff did not want to interact during check in. They gave me my correct code and five minutes after getting into the room, a maintenance man walked into the room unannounced. In the morning, I woke up and attempted to make coffee. After 3 attempts, it was apparent that the coffee maker was broken. I turned on the TV to sit on the couch and relax and the screen stated antenna error. I texted the number for guest services and the response was "I will tell IT about the TV". There was no apologies or offer of coffee to make up for the broken coffee maker. I am very disappointed in my stay. In reading the print, they charge additional fees for early check in, late check out, and if there's even a hint of pets on the premises, you will be fined. This business seems very money-hungry without provided anything substantial to warrant the higher cost of a resort accommodation. "
