“Host tried to help with what she could but hot tub was disgusting and did not work most the time we were there then heated pool did not work other than 2 Days of our 5-day stay cleaners could have been a lot better four full cans of trash when we got there and beer bottles left outside at pool overall still a nice house just disappointed didn't get to enjoy all the amenities for what we paid”

“My experience here was horrible. Although the room was clean, I was on the backside of the hotel which puts up to a small industrial plaza where a garage was located. The employees of the garage decided to have a party playing loud music and carrying on till after 4 AM in the morning. When I called the front desk all they said was they would try to call them to tell them to turn it down, but they never did. I asked to be moved to another room, but they said they were full and there was nothing……
