No washing machine and dryer, this is an housing apartment located on the 3rd floor having to walk up two flights of step with approximately 12/15 steps each flight inside the complex. Not to mention you have to walk up steps to get to the complex. "Nice, welcoming, and clean place! About a 3 minute walk to beautiful views of Manhattan island across the Hudson river, and 20 minute bus ride to Times Square (views from there are beautiful as well). Host is also very friendly and communicative :) "
