The place was very clean, the staff were very friendly and kind, very well located, with a metro station super close by. When I return to NYC I will probably stay there again.

Was very reasonably priced. My room was small but clean and quiet. The aircon wasn’t working (too hot) so I asked them to look at it which they did and set it to 17 degrees (too cold haha). The breakfast was average and very busy. And the catering staff seemed very overwhelmed every day. I would recommend the hotel, and would stay again. BUT if you are going to NYC, I actually recommend finding a hotel in one of the other districts. Midtown is central but the least unique.

Proximity to MSG is great. The hotel could use some updating and cleaning, especially carpets. Although not a problem for us, people should know that St. Francis of Assisi Church is nearby and the crowds of homeless surrounding it may be an issue for some. I understand that the church has done some wonderful humanitarian assistance over the years and there were no unpleasant encounters. The hotel staff was great, including the very friendly, kind manager and the room maintenance folks. Check in didn't work very well. Check-in time was supposedly 3pm but we got one room at 4:30 and the other at 5: 30 limiting our plans for the afternoon. I understand staffing shortages and suspect they got slammed with a sold out show at MSG, but wish that part had gone better.

We had to wait for our room because we had one with snacks and drinks and we waited for that reason and then the snacks and drinks weren’t in the room. The toilet broke first time we used it but maintenance fixed it in a timely manner. Then the air conditioner was broke and it was like an ice box. Maintenance also fixed it fairly quickly. No housekeeping service so we had to ask for towels then the next day we did get housekeeping our cookies on our nightstand nowhere near a garbage were gone when we got back from our day of touring. The cookies were 13.00. It didn’t make us too happy.

There's church across the street from this hotel so there will be a lot of homeless and migrants lining up there. The wall is very thin so you hear what's going on outside on the street.

Nice hotel for the price we paid. Very convenient location. Room was nice but could be little more bigger, a microwave and mini refrigerator would have helped. Bathroom was nice and clean. Breakfast was good with enough options. Staff could have been little more courteous
