"My kids were eaten alive by bed bugs and spider bites! I was told we would get a different room on our second night and we returned to the hotel to find that not only did did they not have a different room for us but said they entered our room without our permission or knowledge and said they sprayed for bugs. They had not sprayed anything. We had to find other accommodation and were extremely put out. "

"The beds were very comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was more than we had expexted. Way more than just cereal and pastries. The biscuits and gravy and warm cinnamon rolls were delicious. They did have construction but it didn't impact our stay at all."

"Very loud does have cockroaches people walking around all hours of the night you'll be lucky if you even get a parking spot I would not highly recommend this place ever."

"The Spark was WONDERFUL! The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The hotel was like new, and had everything you could ask for in a high end hotel...and, the staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice, being greeted with a smile every time you saw a staff member! We could not have been more pleased with our stay!!!"

"Front desk very helpful and quick. I had a big clean room. Centrally located with plenty of restaurants nearby."
