Top Newfields Hotel Reviews

Garrison Hotel & Suites Dover-Portsmouth, an Ascend Collection Hotel

8/10 Good

"It is time to replace the mattress. It is breaking down. 5 star rating otherwise. Breakfast better than expected. Staff outstanding. Room could use a deep cleaning but generally clean and tidy. Very cool and useful "kitchen ish" configuration. Best thing I can say is we would definitely enjoy staying here again. Thank you."

Ocean Sands at York Beach

10/10 Excellent

"We had a lovely stay at the Ocean Sands. It is a newly renovated property with more renovations ongoing. Our room was fresh and clean. The Inn is located in a quiet area with ocean access directly across the street including a beautiful view of 2 different lighthouses. I highly recommend staying here."

Hampton House Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. This was my second visit there and I will definitely return in the future."

Hampton Inn Portsmouth Central

8/10 Good

"Pool and hot tub were inder going maintenance bit we didn’t knock the hotel for that. Onsite laundry was helpful. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Spacious bathroom. Only knock is the carpet in the hallways look really old and worn."

Kittery Inn and Suites

10/10 Excellent

"Our room at Kittery Suites was impeccably clean. The staff was more than willing to offer suggestions of local fares. Breakfast included a variety of pastries, including bagels, yogurt, granola, eggs, fresh fruit... We would definitely stay there again."

Anchorage Inn & Suites - Portsmouth

8/10 Good

"Very convenient location to downtown. There was a lot of construction happening at the site so the parking lot and surroundings were not as nice as they could have been however they are making improvements so it is understandable. The price was reasonable and the accommodations were more than adequate. Also a good diner walking distance across the street."

SHIPS INN Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Great location 1 block from the beach. It's an older building and the rooms show their age, but for the price and convenience, it was a wonderful stay. It's not the Four Seasons, but it doesn't pretend to be either. Manage your expectations, and your stay will be fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The upgraded my stay to a two bedroom apartment for no extra charge...very thoughtful of them!"
