“First opinion was the overkill use of frebreeze and the rudeness from the front desk. The beds were so uncomfortable, barely had a boxspring. Pillows were a joke. Windows were screwed and lodged with a stick so the most you could open it was maybe 2 inches. We could hear people partying and dancing outside till past 11 pm. Playing loud Mexican music dancing and screaming. Found out that this place is also rented to tenants. 5:00 am in the morning they are outside our window having coffee……

“Breakfast was fine. Fresh fruit was a plus. There was a mixup on our arrival for a 2 night stay, and we were sent to a room that contained a pile of dirty towels in the bathroom. They gave us another room, ,which was fine. The following day, we were gone all day, returning after midnight to find no housekeeping services had been provided - garbage remained and used towels were still in the bathtub. Next morning, staff told us we had to request housekeeping services; it was not the……

“The room was bright and welcoming. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The front desk staff member who checked us in was so sweet and informative. I would love to come back again with my kids and spend some time at the pool.”
