"Nice clean room, very accessible. Elevator ride was scary due to be bumpy. Need alternative to breakfast items by adding almond milk option, love the fresh fruit, should have other option besides sausage biscuits. "

"Staff was wonderful, especially Shay! Informative, friendly, and made us feel like family. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, only suggestion is to update the spring mattress. Breakfast was good but repetitive, maybe change up the choices. Horseback riding on site was amazing and our guide Grace was fantastic! Only complaint was Thanksgiving dinner, it was overpriced and food was terrible and cold. Overall we will definitely be back!"
