Great place for a quiet and relaxing getaway. The cabin is quaint and cozy. The outside is beautiful. We were there in February and the weather prevented us from getting in the river but we enjoyed the hot tub. Doug was welcoming and helpful with tips on how to maneuver the roads since they had had a melt from a recent snow. Check in and out went smooth. Be sure to allow some extra time upon check out for washing towels and putting them in the dryer. I did cook some meals while there and will say that some of the cookware needs to be updated. Easy fix, tho.Overall, 5 stars."
