The condo has been recently updated and offers large windows perfect for taking in views of the Pacific Ocean and a covered deck great for watching the seasonal whale migrations (usually in late December and March). There's also a seasonal pool available at the building.

The property is just steps away from miles of sandy beach, great for kite flying or taking a relaxing stroll.
