Management was responsive with excellent communication. Never been to Loveland or Cincinnati before, now want to come again because the place was great and there is a lot to do!!"

We appreciated the wide selection of coffees and teas provided. We enjoyed cooking breakfast together and playing games at night. We appreciate the strong Wi-Fi. There was a small confusion upon check-in resulting in the unit not being cleaned prior to our arrival. It was quickly addressed by the Owner and cleaned the following morning.
