"When I booked a stay at remm Kyobashi, I did so because of its proximity to Tokyo Station. I had no idea that it was even closer to the Kyobashi metro stop, so convenience-wise, getting to other areas in Tokyo was a breeze. Room was clean and quiet. Bathroom has the amazing Toto toilet and well, if you don’t know, you’re missing out. Staff was very friendly and helpful—we utilized the hotel’s laundry service and they assisted us with shipping a bad to our next destination (Kyoto). What can I say, this was our first trip to Japan and the stay at remm was remarkably relaxing and courteous. There’s plenty of shopping in the immediate neighborhood (Ginza) and as I said before, it’s easy enough to walk right outside the front entrance to the Kyobashi metro station to get to most places in and around Tokyo in 20-30 minutes."

"Hotel is 10 walking distance from Tokyo station and the room was quite large for Japanese standard. Quiet and the staff are very helpful. "

"Air conditioner worked fine although I didnt need it much while visiting early November. Staff were great. I didnt try restaurant as I dont eat breakfast. I do think that not cleaning the room for 3 days for longer stays should be changed to every 2 days. No need to change bed linnens though."
