"We spent our 33rd anniversary here & we had a lovely time. The area is peaceful and I loved being a few feet from the water. The freeway is far enough that it was not a noise bother at all. Anna & Jerry were/are AWESOME hosts. Anna answered any questions I had in a timely manner & was always available. The house was clean, comfortable and decorated nicely. The kitchenette had everything in it that you would want & more. Anna supplied items for a continental breakfast each day plus some extra goodies. The bathroom was also spotless with a soothing shower head. We played games in the sitting room & I beat my husband 4 times in checkers!! The location is also ideal. We took day trips to Toronto & Niagara Falls. And it was nice to come back to the Jordan Suite at the end of the day. We look forward to our next stay in the future."

"This is one of the most well-appointed spaces we have stayed in. It seems pretty new, and everything works, from the hot water and water pressure to the air conditioning. The Wi-Fi was solid for us. The quiet, central location between the Niagara-On-The Lake wineries to the east and the many wineries to the west was just what we wanted."

"Great unit above a wonderful general store. Minutes to some of our favourite wineries. I definitely recommend this for a family enjoying wine country. Getting the unit ready took a bit of time to setup the futon of which was leather which was nice to sit on, not the best to sleep on. The two bedrooms have A/C the main area doesn’t so you’ll have to sleep with the bedroom doors open on a hot day. Not negatives just be aware."

"We booked this because of its location on the wineroute and the photo’s with the beautiful front porch. But our accomodation was an appartment on the side of the house with a mini porch. It was a bit of a surprise as we thought we rented a whole house. The livingroom was a bit gloomy and dark, but the bedrooms were light with perfect beds and 3 perfect bathrooms. Kitchen was well equiped. Owner was very helpful (we set the fire alarm of while cooking chicken)."

"We stayed at Kozy on King for a full week, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the spacious bathroom was a nice bonus after long days of exploring.The location couldn’t have been better. It was the perfect home base for visiting the incredible wineries of the Niagara Benchlands, exploring Niagara-on-the-Lake, and spending time at Niagara Falls. We loved being so close to great wineries, restaurants, and scenic drives while still enjoying the peace and quiet of Vineland. The property’s location is one of its biggest strengths, with numerous wineries just minutes away. (vrbo)The hosts were welcoming, responsive, and clearly take pride in making sure their guests have a great experience. Every detail made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived until the day we left.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Kozy on King to anyone looking for a relaxing, clean, and conveniently located place to experience Ontario’s beautiful wine country. It was one of the highlights of our trip!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The host was very accommodating. We loved the location, there was so much to explore in the area. We especially enjoyed the Jacuzzi, which had a magnificent view of Lake Ontario. This was our second stay and we will probably book it again in the future. Wonderful."

"It was rustic and quiet, which was nice. Comfortable bed and a well stocked kitchen. There weren't any hangers in the bedroom closet to hang anything but it didn't present a problem as there were hooks in the living room. The decor could use a good coffee table theirs was wonky) and some updating of the decor would be nice, sort of garage sale looking but the host was pleasant and the price was appropriate I think. It is surrounded by vineyards and restaurants are close by, so a lovely area."
