The hotel is grand, though old-fashioned. I enjoyed the lobby with its unique board games and free hot drinks machine. We discovered later there are also vending machines behind the elevators. The main attraction is the onsen. After I sprained my knee skiing, I went to the onsen on the 12th floor ...
