"So the bed that we were given had the Slough from the bed bugs. There were blood stains on the mattress. The furniture was broken and left unrepaired. There were holes in the bathroom door. The door to the outside locked but did not seal because it looked like somebody had kicked it in and the baseboard was peeling off. Needless to say we left and we have been asking for a refund. The pictures that are on the website are not accurate and supposedly according to hotels.com are for reference only"

"The hotel is a bit rough. It’s fairly clean, but showing a lot of wear. Our room was okay. The ceiling in the shower looked a bit mildewy. We found a washcloth dried up in the shower and one of the pillows smelled as if it hadn’t been changed. We arrived pretty late and were heading out early so I didn’t bother complaining. In the morning, I dropped off my keys. The receptionist asked for our room number and I mentioned the room condition. No apology or anything. Just a smirk and a, “I’ll let them know”. I took that as, nothing will change. I have booked this hotel several times for my husband when he travels for work, but this will be our last stay. "
