“Booking through Expedia is always super easy and convenient. My review has nothing to do with them! When we got to the Hotel to check in, we were told that the pool was not operating. That wasnt that big of an issue, though it was one of the reasons I booked the hotel. We were given our key and went to our room. When we went inside the room there was a musty smell, and when we tried to close the door it was difficult to close and even closed, had a huge gap at the bottom. My husband was……

“Solo traveler, was in Manchester for work. Hotel was dirty, pool water was green, the fitness center is a joke, three machines and all were very dirty, my first room assigned smelled of dirt and musty oder. Asked for a second room and it was better. However my bathroom tub has mildew in the caulk. Carpet had a big stain in it. The large mirror had finger prints on it: Room service only happened once during my week stay. I paid through Expedia and could not cancel my reservation or switch hotels.……

“The room was very spacious, I loved the vintage looking shower. Water pressure was good and hot water was consistent. Didn't find an ice machine but that is all I was missing because the sweet old man who I think owns it made sure we were taken care of!!! He even brought us a microwave. It was the perfect price and distance to retreat away from working bonnaroo in Manchester”
